ORANGE BROWNIE

INGREDIENTS
- Dark chocolate – 150 gr
- Unsalted butter, cut into cubes and softened – 150 gr
- Sugar – 180 gr
- Whole eggs – 3 pc
- All-purpose flour – 120 gr
- Cacao powder – 1 heaping tablespoon
- Orange – 1 pc
- Baking powder – 1 heaping teaspoon

PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Prepare a deep 24x25x4cm cake tin, line it with baking paper or spray with non-stick baking spray.
- Take a peel and squeeze juice from 1 large orange. In a large bowl mix sugar and orange peel, put them aside to rest for 30 min.
- Then add orange juice and eggs to the sugar and mix it with a whisk.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie until it reaches 45C. Add butter and mix until smooth.
- Add chocolate to egg mix, mix together. Fold in the flour and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into prepared tin, smooth the surface, you can sprinkle over sesame seeds.
- Bake in the oven for 25 min until the crust forms and it is slightly springy in the center.
- Leave to cool and cut into squares.
